So i orded an item in ebay using GPS and Pitney Bowes( i live in Canada ). Few weeks later they tell me they couldn't deliver my item because my adress was incorrect or something like that, and it is going back to the seller. I try to talk to ebay custom service and they tell me that i need to talk to the seller and everything like that but the hing is that the seller don't have the item so i tell myelf i could probably correct my adress while it is still in transit. At that time ebay gave Apple express's number and told me to talk to them, when i call them they says that the item is going back and if i want to change i can call the boader ship... i talk to them and they tell me that if i have to change anything ebay had to do it for me because they didn't have a customer service, after that i receive an email saying that my case is closed coz the seller has done his part and i won't receive a refund, like **bleep** i didn't receive my item.
The next day, i start chating with them and they tell me my item has been lost by the GSP and that i will receive a refund but all this wouldn't have happened if they could find my adress so i go to the Pitney bowe sites to see what happened and my package is stil in canada so i call them and ask and the send to apple express if i want to do any changes. Apple express tells me that they can't do anything because they don't the item and that it is Pitney Bowes who have so i go to them and they tell me to talk t ebay but ebay have done his part
So guys what to do you think i should know how can i change my adress to the item if Apple express doest have it. Plz i really need your help, i'm out of idea.
