Not sure what's going on here...

But our US customers have experienced issues when paying for items both on .com and .ca. It's rarely brought up but they have informed us on a couple occasions it has to do with our PayPal being registered in Canada and their credit cards not being authorized for sales outside the USA.

Basically those buyers either had to use a different card, use their PayPal account, or to call their credit card company and have them allow international purchases.
