1 more thing..can a buyer get even by leaving neg feedback ,,he has a case open ,,he has 4 days to pay and he does ,

Unfortunately, yes. As long as the buyer pays, he can leave negative feedback.

If you are afraid of your customers, online selling is not for you.

Most people are honest.

I have found that when I open an Unpaid Item Dispute, about half the buyers apologize, pay up and leave positive feedback. They are just slow payers. And I leave them positive feedback when they pay.

The other half disappear. They get a UID Strike and I get my fees back. The non-payer cannot leave feedback.

But they do go on my Blocked Bidder List.
