Ive noticed that sellers have cancelled transactions on my paypal account but I have received the item .Is this a sneaky way that sellers are trying to get back selling fees?

Interesting. It actually sounds as if that might work to do as you suggest. Assuming the buyer accepts the cancellation.
When a cancellation request is made by a seller, I believe the buyer has the option to accept or refuse. if the buyer simply ignores it, the cancellation WILL go through anyway - after a certain period of time (according to the note accompanying the request).
As a buyer I have received Cancellation Requests. (On one occasion it was some weird eBay glitch because I contacted the seller and she had not made the request. So, we both ignored it.) However, in ever case, I either had not yet paid, or my money had been refunded. I don't know what happens with a Cancellation request if payment has been made and NOT noted as refunded.

Hi joshola..At a loss understanding your post. I'm sure as a seller that you know, as do i , that PP fees can only be recovered by using the refund link and Ebay fees , only if a cancel is filed and the buyer accepts. Sellers just can't cancel.
