i was wondering can you lower reserve after you have bid,s.i,ve seen listings lower reserve but is this done after auction ends.?

I don't think you can lower any price (reserve or otherwise) on a listing once bids have been placed.

once you have a bid, there is nothing you can do with the reserve price. please note that even if you cancel the bid in order to lower your reserve, you will not be able to do that because for item revision purposes it is still considered to have a bid, ie. once a bid is placed your revision options are limited to adding to your description and some enhancement options.
