I am posting from Canada, but will ship to the USA, but for some reason when I click calculate shipping and choose US it will not allow me to calculate. Any answers to this problem would be appreciated
🙂

PS: When I choose United States the blank to enter postal code should then change to zip code, but it doesnt change and it wont accept a zip code in the postal code box

You shouldbe able to do it without that as shipping to the US will be the same to every state so flat rate would work fine...
Not the questions you asked but thought it might help anyways

So you are a Canadian seller and you want to post the Calculated Shipping charge for various US customers.
Have you checked that the dimensions of your package fit the USPS minimums for that service?
Sometimes all you have to do is add a centimetre to the dimensions for the correct rate to turn up.
I usually use 90210 as my go-to zipcode.

I have the exact same problem and the above solutions do not work. Last time I sold something on eBay was more than a year ago and that option used to work fine. Now it's a problem, why is this not fixed ?! Now I have potential buyers walking away because I am getting comments on buyers that say I will not ship to them, I'm angry because I just realized this with less than 10 hours to go on 5 items !!!

This seems to be an ongoing issue, so now I invite buyers to contact me for exact postage to their location. If a buyer is truly interested in your item, they should have no problem with that. It takes but a moment to go to the Canada Post website and build a quote. You also generate trust. your buyer will not feel ripped off with exessive shipping costs.
