I generally sell iPhones and I need insurance for at least $300-500. Is it possible to add more coverage to the tracked packet?
I need this only for international shipments.

"it's rare for a seller ......... even the best....... to agree to a return without a fight or agree to refund when an item did not arrive........... let alone willingly send a refund after the claim was lost."
???
I have done that regularly for years. Most established mail order businesses have done it for decades, well before the birth of eBay. The buyer should be made whole at all times. It is that simple.
It is the right thing to do, It is the ethical thing to do. That is how we have built long term profitable mail order businesses.
(I have erased the following paragraphs dealing with some posters real life experiences and honesty.)

P*****************
It does make sense to cancel the claim once paypal denied the buyer because the seller has been paid.
Moreover, even Cumos stated that he began the CPO claim before the buyer filed the paypal case suggesting that he might not have done so had the case already been opened.
""" To suggest or imply the buyer received the goods is libellous. There is no evidence or indication to that effect.Even Canada Post agree the buyer did not receive the goods!""""
Yet, that is exactly what paypal concluded.................. (is that libellous too?).
It's also what Cumos suggested (is that also libel?) when he said that the buyer only had to get the key to his mail box to retrieve the parcel.
In my experience CPO doe not actually do investigations. They pretty much just sign the checks even when they're way up there.
Again: I don't know what happened and the only reason I asked Cumos about it initially was because he asked me to read what he wrote closely.........
I didn't just haul in there and attack. I let it go until specifically invited by Cumos to take a good look at what he wrote.
Then asked about the post which made no sense............ as invited to do....... and to me it still doesn't fit very well.
Why blame me?

"Why blame me?"
Sorry, I simply cannot go there.

P******.......... then don't.
Cumos posted that the buyer received the package and it was waiting at his mail box to be picked up.
I did not make that up, and that really is the point isn't it?
The two of you.......... you and PJ........... responded that it makes complete sense to you that after paypal denied the buyer's claim that the seller would send that buyer a check for $200 two to three months later.
That's about the amount of time it would take to complete the CPO insurance claim.
Moreover, you both stated that any ethical seller would do just that, thereby stating that sellers who would do otherwise are unethical.
I'm the most vocal champion for the buyer here and even I know that's absurd.
In regard to Cumos, I didn't read his posts until he followed your lead and laid into me in support of you during a previous thread.
That was really the first post by Cumos that I paid much attention to, but he invited me to do so in a number of ways.
(P*****: Are you going to have this removed too?)
