Hi 1little1... In a practical sense , yes.  Buying is easy with PayPal otherwise , its ask seller if they would accept another form ie money order or buy from sellers with their own processor for credit cards. Buyer Protection is through PP only. PP is free and secure.

PS ..PP will process a limited # of cc payments without an account but at some point will ask that you open one. Is that the problem.

Most sellers have non paypal members blocked from bidding on their items.
