Does anyone know how I can cancel a buyers bid when they have asked you to. I have never had to do this. There are other buyers with bids

I sell coins on eBay and one item has several buyers bidding on it.  The highest bidder has emailed me to ask if they can cancel there bid.  I would but dont know how too
