HELP! FRAUDE item saying its real

Hi,

Hope you can help me with this.

I bought an item "Tiffany & Co. " cufflinks and it said they were real, I even asked the seller and she said yes. I bought them for $450.00 dls plus shipping and they are fake. I checked in different jewelers including Tiffany & Co. and they said 100% they are fake.

Seller doesn't want to give me a refund.  I made a report and it was denied. 

If i bought them because it said they were real Tiffany & Co. I don't understand why my report got ignored!

Can I please get some help?

Do you mean you opened an Item Not As Described dispute?

You would be told to return the unwanted item to the seller USING CONFIRMATION OF DELIVERY .

When the item is shown as being received by the seller, you would be refunded. Either by the seller, or if he is stubborn, by eBay /Paypal who then go after the seller for their money.

If you do not return the item you will not be refunded.

If you do prove return of the item it does not matter if it is real or fake, you will be refunded.

So, where did this process go wrong for you?
