Probably the only way is to check their feedback left for sellers.

Although not everyone leaves feedback.

If you have your preferences set up to block a buyer with 2 or more unpaid item strikes in the last year, anyone with multiple strikes who tries to buy from you will be blocked. Other than that, there really is no way to know for sure.

Hi, Thanks for trying, just their feedback there - while trting to find this have seen others discussing bad buyers - how they can see their retracted bids, reversed feedback,  non paid item cases, even even in an Ebay info page - check buyer for unpaid item cases - but with no way to do so,,,,so much info, so many hiding places, I swear some days it shouldnt be this hard, Thanks for listening to my rant, take care
