Hi, Buyer cancelled item, and I paid for PayPal printed shipping label 23$ This label is unused. Can I have money back?

In What way. I have no experience in this subject. Help me to solve this problem. Thanks

Go to your paypal account and find the transaction there. You want to request to VOID LABEL but it must be unused and you have only 48 hours from time of purchase to do so. Don't delay.

Thanks. But Time passed more than 48Hours.In my opinion is not good if is not refund any time. Label wasnt used or scanned by POST. For me is loss money of 23$ for nothing, because buyer cancelled item and item wasn't send.

If you call paypal, you might be able to convince them to grant you a courtesy refund. It's worth a try. Or Canada Post. I'd give it a shot.
