How Can I confirm the Seller has my payment & how do I get a tracking number? The seller has not replied to my emails.

You have only bought 1 item and the seller has left you feedback which means he/she has received your payment.

The item is coming from the USA so it could take 2 or 3 weeks to clear customs and there is a good chance you will have to pay about $20.00 more before Canada Post gives you the item.

However if the seller ships it by courier then you will pay more than that for fees and taxes..

They said in their listing they would send tracking number within 24 hours of sending your item

Payment.. feedback is the obvious as previously stated. Your Payment status in PayPal account will show complete.

Busy sellers can be inundated with low priority messages..do you have my payment , has my item been shipped etc and finding time to respond can be a challenge. I don't think tracking is available for first class package unless seller paid the added cost.

As toby also stated ..may be charged duty/taxes and Canada Post charges a fee of $9.95.

Not received claims can recover payment but must be filed within 45 days . Best to file no later than day 43 from payment date.

Relax and wait delivery in 2/3 weeks.
