How can I e-mail to e-bay I have severe vocal and strutting problem and it says write telephone #

Hi, I try for listing 2 times but each time it says write my telephone but I have severe vocal and struttring problem that's why I don't use phone for any reason.

MY listing is complete but e-bay don't let me list it says write your telephone number which I can't

Please help.

You can't.

eBay Canada only has telephone support no email and you can not sell without a valid telephone number.

Most Wednesdays eBay Canada has a question and answer session on this board here where one or two staff members assist people with their problems.

I would imagine there will not be a session next week because of Christmas and do not post outside an official session or the moderators will remove your post.

I understand that you do not use telephones, but do you have a telephone?

You don't have to put in your mobile telephone number, the system will accept a landline.

You could put in the phone number from your place of employment.

Or the number of a relative.

Don't let a form but you into a box.

Hi Faisal,

It sounds like this is just the normal phone verification, in which case you won't actually need to speak to anyone. The call will ask you to press a number on your keypad & you'll be provided a PIN.
