How can I print a Canada Post shipping label online using my VentureOne business card #?

Okay, so I tried printing a shipping label on eBay but that didn't work because I figured they don't offer shipping labels to Canadian addresses/buyers. I then tried printing from Canada Post under the orange business tab (for VentureOne holder discount) on top right of their home page. Once I have input all the shipping details, it takes e to another page where I have to fill in details about the item sold such as material, type of object, etc etc which leads to customs / duty taxes?? That's where I'm lost.

Printing labels through PayPal for Canadian addresses (mostly Expedited Parcel) works well for me, with very few temporary glitches. In the time when there are problems with PayPal labels, I have to go to Postal Office to mail them. Can't say anything about VentureOne, I don't use it.
