what can i do if a buyer said they did not receive there product?

I have a buyer that said they did not receive there product. I have sent out the item weeks ago. Is there a place to check and see if this buyer has a history of asking for money back?

All you can do is check their feedback and see if any sellers have had anything to say about that in their comments. (Although sellers aren't allowed to leave negative feedback, sometimes they give hints about problems in their feedback statements.) Knowing that this person does this won't help solve your problem, though. You've used a shipping method that doesn't include tracking, so you can't prove that the person did receive the parcel.

You only charge $2 for shipping. That's extremely low! I didn't think that even the smallest, lightest parcel could be shipped by Canada Post for that low price. Consider adding a small, hidden handling fee to each of your listings. (see "Handling cost" on the page where you create your listing). That extra money will act as insurance against any payoffs that you may have to make in future to customers who claim, truly or falsely, that haven't received their parcel.

Refund.

Don't get in an argument.

You will not win the battle, never mind the war.

When you ship, you are in effect telling your customer that the item will arrive within 45 days.

If your customer is overseas, and you did not use Air Mail, he is right. The parcel is still in the hold of a boat somewhere.

This is YOUR responsibility.

If you shipped by LetterPost, by the way, you are overcharging on shipping. You can ship up to 100grams for $1.80 CDN.

Refund. With the refund, ask politely that the buyer repay you when the item arrives. Put the buyer on your Blocked Buyer List.

This is one of those annoying learning experiences. In future, if you want to prove that your items are delivered , you will have to track them and this is expensive.

Now, since you are selling game cards, this may go against the grain, but c'mon man! On average with S&H your items sells for under $5. Which means you bought the cards for much less than that (if you paid more, you're doing this wrong).

Refund.

In my opinion, there is no point in selling anything for less than $9.99. If you can't get that for one of your items, then bundle them.
