How do I list my items on eBay sites in multiple countries?

I listed an item (a lot of British stamps) on ebay-ca (Canada) but it did not appear on ebay.com or ebay.uk. How do I list my items on eBay sites in multiple countries?

There is a box you have to check somewhere along the way when preparing your listing, that will allow you to sell on those sites, but it will cost you extra. Check it out here:  http://pages.ebay.ca/help/sell/intl-ov.html

In the Shipping and Handling section of the Sell Your Item form, choose Custom Destinations.

Choose USA.

Set up shipping service and price.

Choose Custom Destinations again.

Choose other countries by name. Do NOT choose USA or N&S America.

Set up shipping service and price.

Enter weight and dimensions IN METRIC in the applicable spot.

Choose Will Ship Worldwide, but do not get specific .

Having the cost of shipping specified makes your listing show up internationally.
