I am trying to attach a photo of a broken item I received so I can get a refund. However when I try to respond using EBay messages reply I can't attach the photo even though it says "attach photo" and there is a second button that is supposed to allow me to select the photo from my computer, however it doesn't do anything. Any suggestions?
PS I also tried to reply using regular Email but EBay wouldn't allow that and sent me back a message saying they couldn't send the message.
