How long does it take to get (4 DVD's) from the US to Canada?

I bought some DVD's (value $20) mid November, USPS tracking shows that it arrived in Canada Customs on Nov 22/13.  Then nothing since then, states in transit?  How long does it usually take?

Have you checked the tracking information on the Canada Post website to see if there's tracking information that hasn't been transmitted to USPS?

Yes, it still says in transit.

Takes a bit longer this time of year.

I've had shipments take anywhere from 3 hours! to as long as 4 weeks to clear customs.

Have you checked the tracking number on both the USPS and Canada Post websites?

They don't always display the same details.

Is it Tracking or is it Delivery Confirmation?

With Tracking the item's arrival is noted every step of the way.

With Delivery Confirmation, the item is noted as being received and as being delivered, but recording of any other steps is accidental.

In any case, normally it takes about 20 days for delivery from the US to Canada. Things are a little slower at this time of year. I believe the cutoff date for certain delivery by Christmas was around November 18, 2013.

It take 4 days for one of my CD's to arrive to the UK shipped as a light packet.

Sorry thought you meant UK. Takes 7 days for me to ship a CD to the US.
