Have you managed to sort that out yet or are you by now facing an impending Unpaid Item strike?
You don't provide much in the way of details. If you plan to pay with a paypal account, the following link will give you a bit of information on doing that. If you do not yet have a paypal account set up but it is your intention to do so, you will find a Sign up now link you can use. Be sure to read through the agreement.

If, however, you have a valid credit card in your wallet you can use it to pay for that item right now. From your Purchase History click on Pay Now. The next page you see your mailing address on the left, and payment options on the right. Choose the credit card option which is on top. Click Continue. Then, enter your card info, - your ebay address must match your billing address on the card, - then Review, Continue, and you're done. And your seller is paid. Sellers like to be paid immediately.
If you do not have a card and plan to use paypal attached to your bank account and have not yet made the arrangements, get that underway now and send a brief note of explanation to your seller. The process takes a few days, you see. Most sellers understand that new users need a bit of time to get the hang of ebay, but without a courteous note they have no idea what's happening at your end. Hence, they file the Unpaid Item case against you, and if you get a second one it will be just about impossible to buy on ebay because sellers can block people with Unpaid strikes. So don't let that happen whatever you do!
