I bought an item off ebay through the ebates website, it didnt show up and the item number isnt foun

In August i went through the ebates website to buy an item, but never received it. I also can't find it in my purchase history so im starting to think i checked out as a guest. After waiting the estimated date, i decided to contact the seller. I have wrote to them three time now and nothing back. Also when i go to open a case, the item number that i received for the product is "unfound".

ebates has nothing to do with eBay.

If you paid through paypal you can open a case there in the resolution center.

Or...when you made the purchase were you sent an email confirmation? The email should have info on how to put in a claim.

Edit.....I just noticed that the purchase was in August so it is likely too late to make a claim through ebay but not too late through Paypal.

I believe that you can go through ebates to make an ebay purchase and get cash back. I've never used it but ebay is a provider on the ebates site.
