I hate stupidity of buyer like this

Got an email today (not through ebay message) from my buyer like this:

Hello order white black chemo hat hijab scart shawf shawl party wedding turban bonnet, #170940418501 i finally got it today, it took way to long to come in from tororton i live in edmonton ab canada.. the package was burn or something on the way, they was in a different bage and the bage that was suppose to be in was burn and my hijab was burn and it looks so bad i can't even wear it to try on....I WANT A NEW ONE right the way or i will leave a bad feedback...

I couldn't understand how it was burn on the way. It is a fabric in poly evelope, sent by letter mail. If it was burn, everthing will be burn.

And the stupid thing, she already left me a positive feedback on des 20th, why she threatening negative feedback.

Report them for feedback extortion now.  If they do leave a neg. ebay will likely remove it.

I would just ignore them. If they have left pos feedback already, all they can do if file with paypal, for not received or damaged. Deal with it then, and refund. You will lose a case with paypal if they claim not delivered as you sent it letter post. If they file for not as described they have to send it back to you with tracking. ball is in their court let them make the next move.

I would start by asking her if she is sure that the hijab that is burnt was the one she purchased from you, since she has already left positive feedback for that one.

Ask for a photo or a scan of the package she recieved. Tell her you will be contacting Canada Post about insurance and ask her to cooperate with the postal authorities on this. If she supplies a photo, refund.

If she files with PP, claiming Not As Described, she will have to return it with Delivery Confirmation, which would be Regular Parcel and cost $10-$12. If she does that, refund immediately on receipt and tell PP that you have.

As mmarway says, if she claims Not As Described, just refund since that claim is unwinnable.

She may realize you are the wrong seller.

She may be unwilling to return the scarf at such a high cost.

She may be threatened by the thought of the "postal inspectors".

If there is a PP dispute and you refund willingly, there will be no black mark on your record.

I have a problem with Buyers not reading my description then complaining to me that I'm scamming because they never read my description.

It's getting to the point that I'm about to put "PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION" in all my listings subtitles.

Hi! I've had "PLZ read description" in my actual title for many many months now....generally it seems it does no good. I'm slowly converting my standard titles to include as much more as I can instead of "PLZ read description" because there are a lot of people that do no more than look at the picture and maybe read the title before they buy.....I believe it is people buying via phones etc.....anyway I still regularly get people asking me questions that are very very plainly answered in the description. If I recall it costs money to have a subtitle, based on my experience I wouldn't waste the money on it.

You get free searchable subtitles when you list on eBay.cafr

On eBay.ca and eBay.com, you pay for the subtitles and they are not searchable.
