Are you saying it hasn't been shipped yet or that it has been shipped but that it took a few days?
You made purchases from 3 different sellers on Oct 10 so regardless of which item you are referring to, it has been just 2 business days since purchase. You can not file an item not received claim as it obviously is too soon for the item to be delivered so the only way to cancel is for the seller to cancel it.
Are you assuming that the item hasn't been shipped because it hasn't being marked as being shipped? Not all sellers do indicate when they ship items so it could be on its way.
With that being said, the feeback system on ebay allows buyers to look at a seller's history before they purchase so that they have an idea of the quality of service. I wouldn't have bought anything from any of those 3 sellers and many buyers won't purchase from a seller who has less than 99.7% feedback. I usually add the sellers negative and netural feedbackas together and divide that number into their total number of feedback for the year. If the poor feedback are more than 1% of the total, I stay away from the seller.
Next time you purchase, please have a look at the feedback before you buy as it could save you from a hassle in the future.
If you do think your item hasn't been shipped yet, I suggest that you try contacting the seller again after the weekend to ask if it has beens shipped. Items from the U.S. can take 2-3 weeks and as long as a month (or more) from China so some people may advise you to wait until then to file an item not received claim. But in this case, if the seller doesn't confirm that the item has been shipped, I would probably file in a couple of weeks because of the lack of communication and because of the poor feedback.
