It's eBay's tracking system via Pitney Bowes. The frustrating thing is that you essentially won't be able to properly track the package. You'll be able to track it as far as the processing centre in Kentucky with the tracking number that the seller provides, but once it reaches Kentucky it's unlikely you'll get updates until it arrives.

Just one of the many, many reasons I avoid all sellers who ship via the GSP.

Might work, might not.  The main thing is that when you see it has arrived in Kentucky, it will soon be on its way to you.  If you need to ensure someone will be home to receive the package, you can always call Pitney-Bowes and ask them to provide you a tracking number so as to enable you to make any necessary arrangements on your end.
