If I'm in the USA how do I set an item I have for sale so that Canadians can bid on it ?

Go to Shipping.

Go to Ship Intenationally.

Enter Flat Rate or if you prefer Calculated Shipping

Go to Custom Destination (it's a dropdown menu)

Choose Canada

Choose the USPS service you want to use.

If you chose Flat Rate enter it now.

Unless your items are worth well over $50USD do NOT enable Global Shipping Program. (There are two 5000+ post threads on eBaydotCA condeming the GSP) .
