Im sure that would have to be registered with ebay, and have a pay pal account at bare minimum, and as a new seller you would be limited to how much you can sell, say 10 items with a combined value of say 200.00 just an estimate but someone on here knows more about this than i do.I think you can buy as a guest but selling hmmm you may want to contact ebay about this

Thank you.

You need to consult someone in Japan who knows about Japan laws. Being in the country on as a temporary visitor, I do not think you have the right to sell as a business and maybe not as a non-business.
How long are you there? You might have a visa revoked for selling and get kicked out of the country.
eBay cannot help you. Ask in the eBay USA forums (Selling) as their forums are much larger with more international members posting who may know.

Rule #1 when visiting a country on a visa program. Don't engage in business.
