HI
I had a toy gun with toy bullets, a belt and holster. The type pre teen boys played with. It was the Wyatt Earp Buntline Special
Can anybody tell me what ebay rules this breaks. It Is A TOY. The gun uses caps to make a bang, if it works.
How can I contact anyone at ebay about this, they don't answer my emails.
You can contact me with any help lewis@kitwats.com.
Thanks
Lewis (coulect)

The same thing happened to me.In Canada we are not allowed to sell anything that even looks like a gun or replica.I did get an answer from e-bay,you are allowed to sell the holsters.A lot of the problem is with our Canadian gun laws.

They are really picky about what they refer to as "Replica guns". Fortunately Paintball markers do not fall into that description or I would be screwed. The big think is the word gun, which we avoid at all cost.
