My question is about second chance offers with identical items

I have 3 identical items--and I have placed one on auction- after listing it originally as a fixed price and saying there were 3 of them..  There is now a bidder on it.  How do I offer the other 2 items on second chance offer?  I'm very certain with 5 watchers there will be other bidders for it.

Wait until the first auction is over.

Then you will see the option for a Second Chance Offer appear.

Don't do it before, because you will lose the underbidders and the winning bid is decided by the underbidder.
