Never recived payment from buyer what to do and been charged

I put item for sale on ebay I reçived a email from you guys saying that person no longer available to purchase item then a couple days later i get charge a sale fee of 25 $ can I have my money back.

Close the dispute after 4 days.

I'm assuming ebay did not remove your listing
