It is not feedback, these are DSR's. According this data, I have 2 different DSR at the moment.

Hi acofa,
In the NEW DASHBOARD you have, I believe, 3 or 4 different options as to the way you view your DSRs. MIND YOU...the NEW DASHBOARD that I was able to view has disappeared and I'm back to the OLD VERSION even on .com. So, I'm thinking your choices in the NEW VERSION are:
A) 30-day average in relation to the discount requirements
B) Your 30-day average in relation to eBay's 30-day average
C) Your 12-month average in relation to eBay's 12-month average
and I think the last one was
D)Your 30 day-average in relation to your 12-month average.
When looking at your numbers...check to see what you are comparing! This may explain the difference in numbers!
As I mentioned...the NEW DASHBOARD that WAS on my screen has reverted back to the OLD ONE. Perhaps a glitch?
Hope this info helps!

Hi Susan,
Yes, new dashboard is not available at the moment. But yesterday I was able to compare both versions and the old one showed my 30day average "communication" as 4.8, the new version was 4.91.
I think it was testing.
Thanks a lot for you help.
Andrei
