Mohawk,part of the Iroquois League to be exact. Most militant of all natives in north america.

Have been in the trenches since 12 years old defending our people,culture,children and lands.

Like the government/religious run  residential schools that terrorized our children deemed wrong

Like native children treated like lab rats by governmeny experiments taking advantage of their misfortunes caused by colonialistic ways as very wrong.

Like how our lands were taken mostly illegally is also very wrong as wrong as residential schools as wrong as treating aboriginal as lab rats.

I suggest people of southern ontario learn about the Iroquois. Our traditional territory. The fiercest campaign is about to come. As the peole of caledonia know,the law will  not protect you.

Errr-- dotties -- About that "traditional territory" -- I wouldn't mention that around a Wendake Huron if I were you. It was your ancestors who drove them out of Ontario all the way to the Quebec City region. Not only Europeans were conquering peoples.

Idle No More is not getting as much coverage as it did a few months ago, but they continue to work and organize. One sub-group (about 30 people) gathered outside the Aboriginal Affairs headquarters on Thursday to demand the release of all documents concerning the Indian Residential Schools to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.

The TRC continues to hold events around the country.

I have a few friends and acquaintances who are active in INM and get posts about it through FaceBook. But at the moment the activities are flying under the radar of the mainstream media.
