I recently upgraded to FireFox 24. FF 24 now ill not spellcheck these forums. This is because the forums are setup with an option to not allow external spellchecks. Prior to FF 24, the option was not enforced by FireFox so it was available.
The issue is documented in this FireFox forum post. It mentions Lithium boards being affected by this.

Now it is not a FireFox issue. The Lithium forums are set to disable external spellcheck and FF 24 is just enforcing the setting.
Is it possible to bring this up with Lithium and allow FireFox spellchecker to work?
Hi pocomocomputing,
I'll bring this up with Lithium & see what they say. Thanks for flagging.
This is on the ebay.ca forums. On the eBay.com forums, spellcheck was working in FF 23. On ebay.ca with FF 23, I had to right click and turn on Spellcheck. Now with FF 24, on ebay.ca I do not have the option in the right click menu at all.
Just wanted to mention this in case they look at ebay.com forums. I have not checked ebay.com forums with FF 24 yet so I do not know what is happening there.

Internatonal site visibility removed for Meissen (porcelain) Items.
This problem has been reported to Ebay by myself for years. It has stil not been fixed.
Please consider this as one more report.

raphael, did you find out more on the delivery time estimates now showing in eBay.ca listings? My post detailing the time being shown seems to upset you last week since you were not told about it.
What is the status on these times? Is there an announcement on this? Are they going to be turned off or left?
Hi Pocomocomputing.
Thanks for asking! I am really grateful to you for bringing this to our attention.
It turns out that US buyer delivery estimates for eBay.ca listings were turned on unintentionally in early June by a developer on the estimates team.
Then, in late September, international delivery estimates were added for key markets for sellers listing on .com as well. Seeing that US estimates were already wired on for Canada, the team did the same for international buyers on eBay.ca. Once again, no one informed the Canadian team of the change.
While these are obviously features we had been working on and intending to launch on eBay.ca, we were certainly surprised to see they had gone to market already!
Now that it's live, and it appears to be functioning as expected, we're going to leave it live. The team is now preparing some relevant content material in order to provide Canadian sellers with more information. Once the content is live we will make an announcement and point to it. 🙂
We hope this will help Canadian seller with their seller standards. Setting the right expectations with US and International buyers will obviously help in that regard.
If you come across any examples of estimates that seem well off the mark, please forward them on to raphael@eBay.com,
I can't tell you how glad I am to get a heads-up on this from you pocomocomputing. Your post from last week was hugely important.
