Hi! Anyone having problems with printing labels in Paypal today? I am.... just along the right hand side edge the Kg is getting cut off along with the last few barcodes. I have 2 printers and have checked and switched settings all day! Is it me? or Paypal? Or some mysterious setting? Help Please!

I had this problem a while ago, and discovered that I needed to set my printer properties specifically to letter-sized paper each time I did a Paypal label (I have an Epson inkjet printer). After that, it printed the full page. Have you tried this?
I imagine you know that you can reprint your label within a 24-hour period, but don't do what I once did and cancel the label before that point - what a disaster - it took them 3 weeks to refund my money.
Hope this helps!

Check your browser print setup margins.
In FireFox, click on File -> Page Setup, then go to Margins and Header/Footer. Make sure all margins are set to 0.5 inches and all headers and footers are set to blank.
This will give your PayPal labels enough room to print.
You must have changed your margins or your paper size to make it shift over like that.
In other browsers like Internet Explorer, follow a similar procedure to adjust your margins and headers/footers.

That started happening to me too all of a sudden if I printed from my laptop, so for the last two months I have had to use my desk top to print my labels, so a big thank you!
One thing though, from my laptop, I can only print from PayPal with Explorer, not Mozilla. This was also a sudden thing one day and I don`t have a clue why.

Here is a common problem with printers that are connected by USB ports. If the computer (your laptop) has more than one USB port and you connected your printer to another USB port, the printer will be found again and an additional printer defined identical to the first except it will have a (2) added to the name. But the browser is configured still to the original printer which no longer exists on the USB port.
So you can end up with the same printer defined on many USB ports (if you have more than one USB port on your computer) but one only actually connected.
So go into FireFox (Mozilla) and see what selection on printers you have defined and try to figure out which is active.
If you go to Windows Control Panel Printers (for Windows XP), it will show which printers are online.

Hmm, my printer is wireless so I don't plug it into my laptop at all. But I will go into those settings and see what turns up.

Thank you, it works now!
It was defaulting to Microsoft XP Document Writer for some strange reason and I hadn't noticed.
I am so glad someone brought this topic up, I had been suffering silently for 2 months lol

Never suffer silently when you have a problem.
When you have an issue, describe it to the best of your ability here in these forums and someone may have experienced the issue and have a way to fix it. Or someone will ask more questions to get more details to get to the issue.
