Says Delivered But I Didn't Get It

I made a purchase and the shipment went through the Global Shipment program. Because the tracking number changed after Erlanger I can't use Canada Post to track the package or trace it. eBay leads me around in circles trying to solve this because it shows the package as delivered.

It probably shows as being delivered in Kentucky. Wait a few more days and your package should arrive. How many days have passed since purchase?

Shows two tracking numbers. First is to Kentucky. Then it gets a new eBay tracking number that shows it is delivered to my home. Here's the problem: does the parcel stay USPS after it goes to eBay central? Since I live in a small town, I can't call the post office and give them the eBay tracking number because it has nothing to do with their system. Nor can I give them the USPS tracking number as that stops at eBay central where it's given the new number

The final leg shipping is Canada Post or Canpar (probably depending on size and weight).USPS is not involved beyond KY.

Do you mean to say the item actually shows as being delivered to your home or do you just assume this will be what happens?

How long has it been?

Go to your local Postal Outlet and see if it is on a shelf there.

If the final leg was with Canada Post, and you were not home, there should have been a delivery slip in your mailbox, but they do go missing from time to time.

If the postie took it back to the PO, and you did not claim it, there would be a record that it was returned to sender.

Also look in unusual but hidden spots. The rarely used back door, the abandoned milk box (hey, remember those?) , inside the BBQ. And ask family members if they saw it and forgot to tell you.

I once had UPS deliver a bicycle to my back yard when I wasn't home. The address on it was two blocks away. Same house number though.
