I have 14 day returns on all of my items but when looking at 'see sellers other items' the list view shows that for most items, I don't accept returns.
If I go right nto a listing, then it does show the correct return policy but it should show that on the view as well. The second screen shot shows item 350825291170.
Some of the views do show that I accept returns but the following views show that I don't accept returns:
best match (screenshots are on best match)
ending soonest
newly listed
price plus shipping highest first
price highest first
When I search on .com the list view doesn't seem to show whether or not there are returns so the problem seems to be only on .ca.

On any sort of dot com search I do, I cannot get the phrase "returns not accepted".
The OP does say that the problem is on .ca only and that it shows up when see other items is clicked on.

If I had a point, my point would be that it is a highly localized problem. I cannot replicate it anywhere else. My store is on vacation for six weeks, so, no point going there. Only 5% of my sales are domestic. You need a Cdn buyer on dot ca, looking at a Cdn listing, then going into the seller's other items. Then they need to notice that and it has to have an impact on them.
That is a very small group of people. eBay really doesn't care about a problem that small.
They do not care that some of my listings trigger the buyer to phone me in Myanmar. They don't care that some of my sold listings tell me I am shipping ePacket from Singapore.

"They don't care that some of my sold listings tell me..."
Do you see the problem?
Some of us do care that our listings present the correct information. Maybe only 5% of your buyers look at your listings on eBay.ca; it may be very different for other Canadian sellers who sell a much larger percentage to Canadian buyers.
Personally, I expect eBay to care and provide me a quality service for the fees they charge me.

Pierre, exactly my point. They just don't give a Manitoba hot dog.
I shall send you forward into battle against the evil eBay monolith. You shall be our knight errant.

Some days on eBay I feel like Don Quixote.
