I am trying to open a claim in the resolution center, but all the links send me to the same place where I must find my item in question from my purchase history. Except it's NOT there!! I don't know how to contact Ebay about it? The listing is over, and I cannot review the item I bought either. I have no idea if the item is under some privilege where it is not covered by the 90 day guarantee!! Is this even possible? I guess I'd like to know how to contact Ebay when you have an issue with an item when it's missing form your purchase history.
Thanks

http://resolutioncenter.ebay.ca/
This is the correct link.
The first thing they tell you to do is to contact the seller.
If you did that, and it was not helpful, don't continue.
Go to the second step and escalate to a Claim
Are you looking for your transaction number?
EBay only shows those for 60 days and you can only open a Dispute for 45 days.
Your transaction number will be viewable on your Paypal account. Have you looked there?
Now slow down.
You think you bought something.
You paid for it?
If yes, why are you upset??
Has it been more than 30 days and it has not arrived?
Did it arrive but it was not as described?
You did not pay for it?
Why?
Do you not know what you bought?
There is no 90 day guarantee.
Tell us what the problem really is.
Start at the beginning, go on to the end and then stop.
