I can't see the message that you are referring to but I can see all of your personal information. It isn't a good idea to have that showing on a public discussion board so I have asked the moderator to delete the link.

This is just a member to member board here so you would probably be best off to phone paypal. Sign into your paypal account and click on help or 'contact us' at the bottom of that page.
