There's nothing wrong with my Visa but now everytime I try to purchase something on E Bay I'm told that I can't use it, why?

I've tried several times to purchase a game for my nephew but just before I'm able to complete the purchase I'm told that my card has been rejected by my card issuer???

Only thing i can suggest is check your expiry date..PP acct. profile..mymoney..debit/credit cards. Is it current.
