Turbo lister: "irregular package is not supported by this site"

Hi, I'm getting "irregular package is not supported by this site" in Turbo Lister 2. Google has all of *4* results, and all of them are from the developer zone and just list the error message as a possible error message.   What does this mean?

I had the package type set for 'parcel or padded envelope', but selecting 'Canada Post Bubble Mailer' gave me the same error.  The item is a PC game in a DVD style 'keep case' being sold in Canada/United States.  Yes I have checked for program updates, and everything is up to date.  Any ideas?

Are the dimensions correct for the service you have chosen? Since it is a DVD, check the minimum dimensions for the Canada Post service that you chose.

Yeah dimensions are fine, used them plenty of times before.  I'm thinking I'll probably have to uninstall and reinstall.  It's the only thing I can think of that might fix it.  It wouldn't be so bad if the error message was a bit more specific.

Did you check the eBay.com Turbo Lister forum? Any complaints of similar issues?

The USA forum is more active than here so you might get an answer faster if you post there also.

Hmm, PayPal/eBay are updating their systems with some of the Canada Post changes effective Monday, Jan 14.  I wonder if they broke something?
