Hi, purchased an item last week with a tracking number from U.S. buyer. I've been checking the U.S. tracking which shows the package was 'accepted' by them Dec. 7th 10:06 a.m. and then sent to their 'sorting facility' same day at 6:32 p.m. (same location) but as of Dec.12th it apparently hasn't gone anywhere according to their website as there has been no further notifications? After six days I am wondering why would it still be sitting there? It was to be mailed out First Class International. Is this a problem to be pursued, or is their site just not being kept up to date....or is this normal service and I just need to be patient? Makes me wonder?

Package finally arrived safe and sound BUT customer advertised $45.00 for shipping, the actual cost to mail was only $11.50!! When I asked the seller why so much extra they gave me this storyline about having to "pay people to wrap it 'professionally' and to cover the cost of shipping and handling." In reality the package was only mailed in it's original box with some tape added to the sides, I don't quite think that passes for 'professional wrapping'! $33.50 extra for 'shipping and handling'? What's with that? Obviously just a term for 'profit'! Next time I'll be sure to get a straight answer from the seller as to what I'm getting for my $45.00 shipping charge!

Yes, USPS numbers work in the Canada Post system, as soon as they are released from customs, sometimes even before.

When I see a large shipping cost, I check with USPS as to what it really is, then ask the seller if he will ship for that. Usually they agree - I ignore the others.
