What do I do when I have received a damaged shipment?

You read the listing and follow the instructions that the seller has posted with regards to damaged items.

 

 

Return Policy

If the item you receive does not match the item you purchased, or if there is a problem with your order, or the item you received was damaged during shipping, please email us immediately through the eBay email system.  Please put "RA#" followed by the eBay Item number in your email.
We will take care of the discrepancy as soon as possible.  We will either arrange for immediate replacement (if replacement item is available in stock) or give you a full refund (if replacement item is not available in stock).
Buyer should notify us no later than 2 days after receipt of merchandise.  If we are not at fault, and the customer wishes to return the item(s) for other reasons, the item(s) must be sent back in their original package and show no sign of use. 
A 15% restocking fee of purchase price applies to all such returns.  RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
