What does a, -C200.00, in green mean?

I received a copy of my monthly eBay account statement. It shows a green, -C200.00, on it, stating, 'no payment necessary'.  Does this mean I have a positive balance of 200.00?

Since my invoice shows me a red number for money I owe eBay, I'd say the green is indeed money eBay owes you...
