Who should be responsible for item get damaged in shipping.

Recently I had some problem with my buyer on this item 330118454746

Item arrived, but has some damage.
Buyer ask for full refund or send another one.

I feel it is not fair to me.
In my listing I said very clear, "we seller, CANNOT be held responsible for item damage during shipping because we simply have no control over reckless handlings at airports, or post offices."
And all my package is as described.

I don't know what should I do.

Any suggestion?

One thing we've learned. Its always the sellers fault. Regardless of the situation & we always replace or refund.
I'm very agree with you if you use paypal but I'm very disagree with you on another payments options!!!
