Why Does Is There A Shipping Cost?

I set an item to FREE shipping ($0) but when I check the listing it is still showing the original shipping cost that I had on it. I double checked the listing in my account and it is showing as $0 but on the site it's not.

Any idea why this is happening?

Thanks!

Re: Why Is There A Shipping Cost?

No idea why, but it shows $15 shipping to Canada and $18 to the USA.

What happens when you Revise the listing? Remember that the revision may take up to 24 hours to 're-index' and show on the site again.

The rates on the Listing Page will change immediately, in Search results there might be a slight delay.

The only revision showing for today was a change to the Price.

Hi Guys,

Thanks for checking it out.

I called ebay and they said it may be a glitch and they are looking into it.
