Why does Canada English appear at the top of my page? I'm in the USA and not Canadian at all?

to the left of  "My eBay" on the top right of my page it has a Canadian flag and English....I never changed anything in my account, and I've had this account for nearly 10 years.  How can I switch it to the USA?

I'm having the exact same problem.My page keeps switching to Canada.I even put up a listing that is now showing that its from Canada.I want to know how its switching to Canada mode????
