Why does my eBay now assume I live in Canada and only gives me Canada's shipping options?

I cannot get USPS priority mail options to work on my listing.  ebay is assuming I live in Canada.  Why?

You must have licked on a Canadian listing to 'sell one like this' so now log out and go back to ebay.com. You'll have to start your listing from scratch.

Uh, I meant 'clicked' not 'licked'.
