accepting offer's

in a case where i have got 2 offers exactly the same both acceptable   do i have the option of which offer i want to accept  looking at feedback and such

All other things being equal it would be fair to accept the earlier offer. After you check out both buyers as much as you can,the final decision is,however,up to you.You're not even required to accept the highest offer,or any at all.
