I sent two invoices to customer by accident - he says I have to cancel one of them as its charging him for both - how do I do this???

Hi jkar5513,
Paymens only occur once a buyer actually goes through PayPal - invoices themselves don't automatically pay on behalf of buyers. Please advise your buyer to only pay for the correct invoice - they or you can also reach out to Customer Support for more help on this.
