We can't confirm your bank account because too much time has passed since you added it. To start the confirmation process, click Profile. Then, remove this bank account and add it again.
Anyone know why this would happen or is it happening to others

I was on PayPal printing packing slips this morning and saw weird messages like the one you saw, as if I had just set up the account and was working my way through getting it verified. I hoped it was just a glitch on their part.
Edit - just checked, no odd messages in paypal now (for me)

Hi All - I also had a message like this when I logged into my account last night. Now everything looks like it's back to normal for now. Bad enough the hassle I had printing labels this week, now this "Glitch". I wonder if all this has anything to do with Paypal redesigning their main web page???

Software changes are like icebergs, you only see 10% of what was changed, 90% is hidden. So the visible changes to the look of PayPal is only a small amount of what was changed.
This may explain all of the issues with PayPal lately.
Hopefully, sellers are not the Titanic.
