Not unless you contact the seller and ask him to cancel

your purchase

He is not obligated to cancel it and if you do not pay for it

you could get a Unpaid strike against you and after you get

a couple of them you will have a hard time buying anything on

ebay as most sellers have an automatic block against buyers

who have 2 or more unpaid strikes against them.
